During the last ten years there has been some major innovation in reproduction of antique Persian rugs. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a weekday ship the same day; orders after that or on weekends ship the next business day. Within the Northeast we guarantee delivery in 24–48 hours with our own drivers, and white-glove delivery is available by appointment.

Returns

If a rug isn’t exactly right for your home, return it within 31 days of purchase, free of charge, with no restocking fee. To start a return, contact us at info@rugs.net or (855) 576-7705.

Rugs must come back unused and in original condition, no pet residue, dirt, signs of wear or washing, damage or stains. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. After 31 days we’re unable to accept returns.
