We ship free to every address in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and to Canada. There are no shipping fees, no handling charges, and no minimums. Every rug leaves our Freeport, New York warehouse fully insured at declared value via FedEx or UPS.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on any weekday ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. Once your rug is on its way, we email you the tracking number and estimated arrival date.

Returns
We believe in Love It or Return It. If your rug is not exactly right for your home, return it within 31 days of purchase at no cost. No return shipping fees, no restocking fees, no questions asked. Just contact us and we will take care of everything.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@rugs.net with your order number, or call 855-576-7705. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the rug and either drop it off at any FedEx or UPS location, or schedule a free home pickup. That is it.
To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in the same condition you received it. Before we ship any rug we photograph it for reference, so the condition on return is easy to verify. Returned items must be in the original or equivalent packaging.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
If you have not received your refund after allowing for processing time, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@rugs.net or 855-576-7705 and we will resolve it immediately.

Exchanges and Order Changes
Exchanges are possible. If you would like to swap your rug for a different piece or modify an existing order, contact our customer care team before the rug ships and we will do our best to accommodate you.
