We’re pleased to offer free shipping to all 50 states , including Hawaii and Alaska, plus Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. Every rug leaves our Freeport, New York warehouse fully insured at its declared value via FedEx or UPS.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a weekday ship the same day; orders after that or on weekends ship the next business day. Within the Northeast we guarantee delivery in 24–48 hours with our own drivers, and white-glove delivery is available by appointment.

Rugs must come back unused and in original condition, no pet residue, dirt, signs of wear or washing, damage or stains. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. After 31 days we’re unable to accept returns.
