Jozan rugs are made in the surroundings of the village Djozan in the Iranian Malayer area. Jozan rugs are quality rugs of the Sarough type often with designs as early 20th century Sarouks. Jozan rugs are often called Jozan Sarouk or Malayer Sarouk in trade. In recent production the finer qualities are labelled Jozan and the less finer knotted are labelled Malayer.

Returns

If a rug isn’t exactly right for your home, return it within 31 days of purchase, free of charge, with no restocking fee. To start a return, contact us at info@rugs.net or (855) 576-7705.

Rugs must come back unused and in original condition, no pet residue, dirt, signs of wear or washing, damage or stains. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. After 31 days we’re unable to accept returns.
