This signed Persian Mashad was hand knotted at 180 to 200 knots per square inch in 100% wool on a cotton foundation, and carries its woven signature cartouche in the border. This rug has lived a full life and we price it accordingly. It is heavily distressed from years of use: the pile is worn low across much of the surface, there are numerous worn spots where the foundation shows through, areas of missing pile, and wear along the edges. We photograph these areas openly so you know exactly what you are getting. For buyers who love the fashionable distressed look, or who want a genuine signed Mashad for a high traffic space without the investment price, it is exactly right.
Design and Motifs
A red and magenta floral medallion with an ivory scrollwork core anchors the denim blue field, which is scattered with small blossom clusters, curved leaves, and paisley botehs. Navy spandrels with camel palmettes frame the corners, and the ivory main border carries large flowerheads between light blue guard bands and a rust outer stripe.
Colors and Placement
The softened denim blue ground with red, magenta, ivory, camel, and orange reads beautifully in a den, study, family room, or any casual space where its worn character becomes the charm.

To facilitate a return, contact our Customer Service team via email at info@rugs.net with your order number to request a shipping label(s) for your item(s). Purchased from Rugs.net policy can be refunded within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in like kind packaging.
Before we send out your item we take pictures for future references.

After returned item, management will inspect your item. We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item.
