A designer who presents 3 rugs in the client's actual room closes the room. We make that possible without you carrying any risk, any restocking fee, or any awkward phone call.

Every rug can be scheduled to arrive on the day your site is ready, not the day a warehouse felt like shipping it, and we hold rugs for your install date at no charge. We ship to the client, the job site, your receiver or your studio, side-marked the way your workroom needs it, in all 50 states. White glove delivery into the room, packaging removed, is available by appointment.

And the heavy ones, the palace and oversize weavings above 150 lbs, never see a freight terminal: our own drivers bring them to the home, and if one ever needs to come back, the same drivers pick it up.
