Each ivory disc reads almost as a miniature medallion, framed by slate blue vinework and tiny red, gold, and rose blossoms. This is a more open and breathable take on the Isfahan tradition than the usual central-medallion-with-spandrels layout, and it lets the eye rest on the rosettes individually rather than chasing a single focal point. The navy main border carries an alternating palmette and stylized vase motif on a deep indigo ground, framed on both sides by ivory rosette-chain guard borders that echo the field discs.
