When you tell us your room, your colors, and your budget, we are not steering you toward the twelve rugs we happen to have. Speed, first. Because the rug you order is on a rack a few steps from the loading dock, an order placed by 2 PM EST on a weekday ships the same day by UPS or FedEx. Across the Northeast we go further: our own drivers deliver guaranteed within 24 to 48 hours, ring your bell, and hand you your rug, never curbside, as we detail on our regional delivery page. White-glove delivery into the home is available by appointment.

Honesty, second. Every rug is inspected and photographed here, in our building, by people who handle rugs all day. The size in the listing is the size on our tape measure. The condition note is written by the person who unrolled it. When we say excellent and never used, we have had the rug in our hands.
