Hand-knotted in India, this brand new, never used piece is a classic example of an Oriental rug: a time-honored Persian pattern executed by skilled weavers outside Persia. It delivers the Heriz architecture at a scale and format most rooms never get to enjoy: a bold geometric star medallion, angular ice blue spandrels, and a deep navy border, all knotted at approximately 140 knots per square inch in the honest, sturdy weave the Heriz look was born from.
Design and Motifs
At the center, a layered star medallion stacks navy, ivory, and coral panels around a coral rosette core, its anchor pendants reaching toward stylized pine and flower sprays on the rust red field. Ice blue spandrels cut across each corner in the signature Heriz zigzag, dotted with angular blossoms and vines. The navy main border carries rosettes, crosses, and serrated leaves between two camel gold guard bands filled with a leaf-and-vine meander, and because the rug is square, the frame reads with perfect symmetry on all four sides.
Colors and Placement
The palette is pure Heriz: brick and rust reds warmed by coral and camel, cooled by ice blue and grounded in near-black navy, with small green and ivory accents keeping the eye moving. A 10x10 square is the answer for square and open rooms where a rectangle always sits awkwardly: square dining rooms, dens, libraries, and seating areas arranged around a central table. To facilitate a return, contact our Customer Service team via email at info@rugs.net with your order number to request a shipping label(s) for your item(s). Purchased from Rugs.net policy can be refunded within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in like kind packaging.
Before we send out your item we take pictures for future references.

After returned item, management will inspect your item. We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item.
