Here is the one difference from our mainland service, and we would rather tell you plainly than hide it in fine print. Your 31-day return window applies in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands exactly as it does everywhere else: if the rug is not right, you can return it within 31 days for a full refund of the purchase price, with no restocking fee. The only part that is not free is the return shipping itself, which from the islands is a real cost we cannot absorb both ways.
